The greatest gift you will ever give yourself is the gift of self-knowledge. This is not just your superficial one-dimensional type of knowledge, but rather a deep,to-the-bone, cellular, and quantum self-knowledge that takes you right into the core of who you are. This is true freedom. This is true embodiment.

Our physical bodies are very similar to celestial bodies in that they are beings of light, floating through space and time. What I have personally experienced and seen over and over again is that treating our body as if it is celestial and heavenly is the path to true healing. Being in a body is pure bliss. The body is our sacred temple, and learning to attune our body to life, to nature, and to other people is what gives life meaning. Doing so ensures that our souls are able to live out their purpose and deeply feel every experience they can. We are the universe falling in love with itself, over and over again. Our purpose is far greater than any task we undergo on earth. Our purpose is to feel, touch, make, create and be alive in our bodies.

This uniquely crafted program focuses on the becoming. You can know something mentally by looking at it from the outside and by comparing it, analyzing it, or defining it within the mind. However, true knowledge can only spring forth from a place of becoming. The key to transformation is to become the embodied human and to live your life from this place. This program is dedicated to the art and process of embodiment. I am here to intimately guide you in returning home, to your true self.

Why is this important? Because it’s why you are here.

Life is a sacred journey, and our journey through life begins and ends with an embodiment. Learning to embody who you intuitively know yourself to be, and satiating that deep craving to stand openly and vulnerably out there in the world just as you are.

Hi, I’m Vanessa. I guide people in learning how to live in the body they have been given by assisting them in understanding that the body speaks its own language and becoming fully embodied means bringing the voice of the body into resonance with the spirit. This is done by anchoring ourselves into our physical body, bringing in more of our light, grounding ourselves into the earth, and feeling everything that our amazing body allows us to feel. Embodiment is about integrating your entire being into your daily existence, and not just living from within your thoughts and mind. A journey of an embodiment allows you to deeply understand why you are here and how you can live more fully.

I believe we are here to have a full-bodied experience of life, to live from a quantum cellular level, and to experience everything we choose to. Life is not about acquiring experiences, things, qualifications, homes, or titles. Rather, it is about the experience your body/soul has of being human and all that entails. I am here to guide you on how to bring together heaven and earth and synergize them into your body.

With a strong background in psychology-equine, eco, spiritual and traditional psych. I can infuse my knowledge of metaphysics with psychological tools that are grounded in every day, whilst weaving in shamanic practices, neurosciences (including neurobiology), heart coherence, and so much more.

Are you aware that the same cosmic brilliance that formed the stars formed you too? The human body is made of stardust—literally–and not in some woo-hoo type of way. It all comes down to ascience. Stars that have transformed into supernovas are responsible for creating many of the elements on the periodic table, including those that make up the human body. The very molecules from which stars are made–earth, water air, fire, and metal–exist within us too. We come from the galaxy: we have the planets and the sun inside of our bodies. Literally. Nearly all the elements in the human body were made in a star and many of these elements have come through several supernovas. Ultimately, we are connected to the beginning of the universe. Perhaps light is the destination towards which the cosmos embarks. We are guiding the course of the universe by guiding our own lives. We are both the created and the creator.

Just like the stars, every being is unique, special, and personally encoded for life on earth. It’s time to discover just how rich life could be, once you learn to understand the individual and unique cosmic constellation you were created as. The Lightness of Being is an old-fashioned mentoring program where you will receive support from me. During the program, you will experience curated and intentional sessions, whilst also leaving room for improvisation and your own needs. It has two facets to it. Firstly, we will work together to help you discover who you are and what has been coded into you, your blueprint, and what is blocking you. Secondly, we work together to help you integrate this into your life, to embody who you are always meant to be.

Its time. It’s time to learn to manage, control, and harness your mind, emotions, creativity, and energy. It’s time to transcend all of it. Everything that has kept you stuck in density, lower vibrations, limitations, or shame. It’s time to:

Transcend all beliefs about who you think you are
Transcend all limitations that are holding you back
Transcend the thoughts that are making you feel shame, guilt, fear, or anger
Transcend all karmic imprints that are keeping you stuck, rigid, or unable to flow
Transcend all those patterns that keep repeating themselves over and over

And how do we transcend, you may ask? We do this by looking at it directly with curiosity and a desire for healing, by being fully present with everything that resides inside of us, and by integrating what we are learning through embodiment, choice, and expanding our consciousness.

This is a six-month,customized, old fashioned mentoring program during which we will work veryclosely together to transcend your current state of being so that you can embody all that you trulyare. You will experience curated and intentional sessions whilst also leaving room for improvisationand your own needs.

We will meet overZoom video3 times a month, with an additional one-on-onepersonalisedmeditation session together.

Clear the nervous system and reduce stress, thereby repairing karmic fractures for both yourself and your lineage.
Live a multi-sensory life. Learn to feed all the senses to deepen your life experience.
Finding resonance with universal law and how to use it in your everyday life.
Understanding and protecting your cellular/quantum health.

I am a Generator in Human Design. Generators are known to be deeply attuned to energies and their own intuition and are easily able to tune into another’s pain points and desires. The perfect archetype for mentoring. In our work together, we will discover your Human Design to help you better understand how you operate and relate, too.

Nature is my heaven on earth. I would do all of life in nature if I could. Its majesty and divinity is where I solve my problems, feel all the feels, as well as rest and recharge my nervous system and my soul. Humans have the ability to reconnect with the earth and the divine. It does not have to be lost to technology and progress, but can work in harmony with it to bring balance to the planet and peace to the soul.

I love horses. I use my training in Equine Psychology— understanding the relationship that horses can show us about our own psychology— to offer clients the opportunity for an equine therapy session that reveals even deeper layers of who they are, the connection we all share with the natural world around us.

I once lived in a nudist community. It showed me deep compassion and an understanding of energy – how we give it and how we receive it, how to protect ourselves and how to read it. All of which I guide you to learn too.

I identify as a true creative. Life is a creative experience, well it should be anyway. If we are living with other people’s ideas and rules and expectations, then life is not a creative experience, it’s just a rinse and repeat/rote-like/colour by numbers experience, but it should be a creative experience.

My work is truly specialised. My work is the synthesis of ancient wisdom, psychology, studies in consciousness, the art of astrology, intuition, the I Ching, the Gene keys, the laws of the universe, ancient energy systems blended with science, quantum physics, epigenetics and neuroscience, tarot and so much more.

I’m a love bug. I love being in love, giving love, receiving love, creating love, watching it and all of the love bits. If you struggle with self love or relationships, vulnerability and surrender, then our work together can help you open yourself up to love…starting with you.

I have studied Shamanism from all around the world, Celtic, Mayan, Native American, aboriginal. I am not a Shaman, but I infuse these rituals and traditions into all the work I do to blend ancestral wisdom with science, spirituality and more. This is a potent addition to our work together allowing you to reveal more of your soul.

I believe in the power of the seasons, psychedelic plants to change your brain, painting your feelings, redefining power in the world, the physical being is a manifestation of the inner being, chocolate at any time of the day, expensive French champagne, remote camping in the forest, letting people choose their own life, death, and identity.

Vanessa is a Spirit & Empowerment Strategist, a well-seasoned mentor and exponential coach, with 15 years of working with clients across many industries . Her areas of interest are our relationship to power and wealth from a more conscious perspective, biohacking, wealth psychology and consciousness, managing your nervous system, energy psychology, accelerated human potential, higher states of consciousness, eco-psychology. She is currently completing a Bachelor Psychology with specialisations in spiritual psychology, eco psychology and equine psychology.

I know intimately the despair of not living and working in alignment with your true desires and soul integrity, and I also know the only way out of it is through a gentle discovery of your own consciousness, which is not easy, but it can be richly rewarding, playful, mind blowing and also life altering.
