Dear friend

The astronomer, scientist, cosmologist, astrophysicist, astrobiologist and author, Carl Sagan, simply stated it best when he said “We are made of star stuff.”
Human bodies are made of stardust— the burned out embers of stars that were released into the galaxy in massive supernova explosions billions of years ago— mixed with atoms that formed only recently as ultrafast cosmic rays slammed into the Earth’s atmosphere. These celestial, heavenly bodies are the planets, stars, moon, comets…and each one of us.

Why is this important? Because our bodies ask us to be in communion with them. These heavenly structures, our bodies, are not made only of the five elements (earth, air, fire, water and metal), but contain all of our history and our present— our environment, upbringing, habits, behaviours, and most importantly, our beliefs.

They are our minds made manifest; they are part of the cosmic galaxy and all the while being a total mysterious miracle. When we don’t have a connection to the galaxy that lives within us, we are disconnected from life.

This can present itself as overweight, digestive issues, diseases, overeating, eating disorders, psychosomatic illnesses, discomfort in body, sleeping issues, immune disorders, depression, body dysmorphia, melancholy, diet struggles, feeling disempowered in our life, feeling like we are controlled by food or our appetite.

You are in a head vs heart war with your body,
You feel like you are controlled by food
You never feel satiated.
You long for a beautiful body you are proud of.
You love food but hate it.
Food feels like it’s the enemy
You feel an enormous amount of guilt about your appetite
You don’t remember ever feeling empowered around what you put into your mouth
You find yourself not enjoying meals and worry about what you will eat at next meal
When you look in the mirror, it’s a big struggle to love what you see
You have a secret wardrobe of things you can’t throw out ‘just in case’ you reach your goal weight
You have a distorted view of what your body SHOULD look like
You think about losing weight, all the time.

Did you know that 85% of men and women all around the world have secret dysfunctional eating habits, body dysmorphia, eating disorders, punishing exercise regimes, regularly engage in self-punishment over body issues, have unhealthy body image, and so much more.

If you have a deep longing to feel different, you have a choice to live like this:

You embody the sacred, and understand you are the custodian of this body – the temple that lives in your soul.

You live in your body comfortably, with a sense of authority and reverence over your own vibration and destiny.

You are able to fill your body with love.

You choose nourishment first and foremost, not fads, not diets, not ‘what is at hand’, it’s about deep and profound cellular regeneration and nourishment.

You feel the life force running through you. You are connected and grounded. You are the generator of power.

You understand and love all the diverse layers of yourself more deeply.

Your life feels like you are in a constant state of worship of the beautiful body you are living in.

You finally have the elusive blueprint to yourself/the guide to your psyche.

You settle into the true power of your own nature, which only comes from the depths of discovery and intimate reflection

This is only for those who are looking for total liberation of eating and food issues and a real love and appreciation for the body they have.,
